Away on Shirley Lane is a beautifully appointed, spacious home and is designed for two families to share comfortably and privately, as each level has its own kitchen, lounge and dining area, not to mention the stunning swimming pool and entertaining area. Located on a quiet lane way within a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The property features high ceilings, air conditioning throughout and a large luxurious deck overlooking beautiful tropical gardens.

The ground floor has 4 spacious suites, each with a king bed and ensuite which includes a deep bath and heated outdoor shower. These finely appointed rooms all have their own bar fridge and flat screen TV.

The first floor has another king suite with ensuite. There is also a king bedroom and a twin room with 2 king single beds. These two bedrooms share a separate, large bathroom.

The ground floor is the perfect place to unwind and the open plan living and dining areas open out to a deck with a lap pool, gazebo, daybed and outdoor setting.

For those gourmet chefs, the well appointed kitchen has it all and there is also an outdoor BBQ for those relaxing afternoon lunches. Alternatively, Byron’s award winning restaurants are only a short stroll away. The property backs onto a walkway which is just a five minute walk into town, where you will pass the weekly farmers market every Thursday morning and the craft market on the first Sunday of the month.

Keyless entry means that you don’t have to remember your keys. Your private access code allows you can gain entry to the home at any time of the night or day.

    Great open spaces and large rooms. Outdoor showers are nice. Large living areas and kitchen layout suitable for a large group of visitors. Close to town and the beach. Whilst housekeeping was fine, the property could do with a thorough clean, including windows and underneath furniture. Also some minor maintenance would bring the overall presentation up a notch.
