Mi Casa is a beautifully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house, located within a short 3 minute stroll to Byron’s shops, restaurants and beaches.
It features undercover verandahs at the front and rear for protected outdoor enjoyment in any weather, as well as a private and fully fenced backyard – perfect for kids and pets to run around safely.
The open plan living and dining spaces lead onto the separate outdoor dining/BBQ patio at the rear with another outdoor lounge room perfect for an afternoon cocktail. Plug in your iPod, kick off your thongs and stretch out. Bliss!
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and private ensuite with generous shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bunk on the bottom with single bunk on top.
The main bathroom contains bath and shower and has pebble tiles which feel therapeutic underfoot. Cotton linen and towels are provided, as well as extra large beach towels and Sanctum body products. An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the house for a private shower after a refreshing beach swim.
There is undercover parking for one vehicle and extra off-street space for any additional cars.
Mi Casa is not designed for the disabled, however is wheelchair friendly with ramps at the front and living across one level

There is a gate that joins the properties for easy access.
- Group restrictions – maximum of 7 adults at the property.
- Strict noise policy and no parties permitted – fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with Byron Bay Holidayz.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
